Making the switch to paperless preference

LGT encourages patients to opt for paperless preference, enabling better use of finances and supporting the environment.

Selecting paperless preference will mean that you no longer receive printed letters in the post for letter types which are available digitally. You may still receive letters in the post where these letter types are not available digitally.

How to request paperless preference: using the NHS app

Using the menu at the bottom of the screen select “Your Health.” Select Hospital and specialist documents and questionnaires.” Select a letter which will take you to a view of your digital letter. Select “update your preferences”. Select “I am happy with paperless information” and save the preference
