Trust services on Monday 19 September 2022
It has been confirmed that Her Majesty The Queen’s funeral will be held on Monday, 19 September. This will also be a public bank holiday.
We plan to re-schedule the vast majority of non-urgent appointments and operations planned across our hospitals for Monday 19 September.
Our teams will contact you directly if your appointment or operation on Monday is still going ahead. If you do not hear from us, please do not attend your appointment.
For all other patients, we will ensure you receive a new date as soon as possible. We will contact you either by letter or phone to confirm your new appointment. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, and please bear with us while we work through our lists.
If you have not heard from us by Monday 30 September with a new date, you can contact the number on your appointment letter.
All urgent, emergency and time-critical services for patients will continue as normal on Monday, and our teams are still here for those people who need us. We are also grateful to staff who will be working over the bank holiday.
