Quality Account priorities

Each year, NHS organisations are required to publish a Quality Account, which incorporates quality improvement priorities for the upcoming year. The three quality domains are patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience, and national guidance states that there should be at least three priorities per domain.

For 2019/2020, the draft Quality Account priorities have been chosen to reflect the continued improvement work required after the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, new national initiatives and areas identified in our quality improvement programme ‘Improving Together’.

We would like to invite local people to tell us what they think about the planned Quality Account priorities for 2019/2020 by taking part in this survey by 31 March 2019.
