Patient postcards
You can now send a free postcard greeting to a friend or loved one who is an inpatient at University Hospital Lewisham or Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
The postcard will feature an image option of your choice and your message printed on the back of the card.
Once we receive your postcard greeting via the form below, we will print it off, laminate it and hand-deliver it to the patient as soon as we can.
Please note that we will see your message when we print it, so personal or confidential information should not be transferred using this service. We will not deliver any messages we feel are inappropriate.
