Monthly (online) early pregnancy evenings
If you would like to have a virtual tour of the maternity facilities at University Hospital Lewisham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital, ask our midwives any questions or find out more about the maternity services available in your local borough, please come along to one of our monthly online pregnancy evenings.
These take place the second Tuesday of every month at 6pm and you can book your free place via Eventbrite.
Jo Burton, Consultant Midwife, said: “The aim of these events is to give you some essential pregnancy information - including our range of antenatal classes and courses. These classes are also a good way to make friends with other parents who are expecting babies around the same time and form support networks which often help parents through the first few months with a baby.”
Our courses include:
- Preparing for your baby's birth
- Staying healthy during pregnancy
- Different options for labour and birth
- Information about vaccinations in pregnancy.
