If you have attended an appointment at University Hospital Lewisham, Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich, or used our community services in Lewisham in the last 12 months, we want to hear from you.
We want to hear about your experiences so we can create a better and more inclusive healthcare setting for LGBT+ people. We welcome feedback from all our patients and service users, you do not have to identify as LGBT+ to share your thoughts.
This feedback will help us to demonstrate the progress we are making within LGBT+ inclusion and help to guide further improvements.
