About your appointment
Please make sure that you arrive on time for your appointment, as audiology appointments do run on time.
If you are coming to see us for a hearing assessment and excessive wax is present in your ears, it may delay your care.
Please make an appointment with your GP at the earliest opportunity to have your ears checked. If wax removal is required your GP can arrange this in the community.
Hearing aids
You can collect hearing aid batteries from the reception desk (Area C) or audiology booths during working hours without appointment.
You can drop off your hearing aids for retubing or replacement of lost aids. You will need to book an appointment if you need adjustment or fine tuning.
