About your appointment
Please make sure that you arrive on time for your appointment, as audiology appointments do run on time.
If you are coming to see us for a hearing assessment and excessive wax is present in your ears, it may delay your care. Please make an appointment with your GP at the earliest opportunity to have your ears checked. If wax removal is required your GP can arrange this within the community.
Patients for the vestibular clinic should not take vertigo medication or consume any alcohol for 48 hours before their appointment. Please also remove any eye makeup before attending the vestibular appointment.
Hearing aids
If you need a repair, adjustment or you've lost your hearing aids, please book an appointment in advance as we cannot offer a walk-in service.
