Change or cancel your appointment

You can change or cancel your appointment by contacting the Outpatient Call Centre. 

Please try to give us as much notice as possible so that we can reuse the appointment. Whether you choose to ring or email us, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Your full name 
  • Your date of birth
  • Your hospital number or your NHS number
  • The date and time of your appointment 
  • Which hospital you were due to attend
  • Which clinic or consultant you are seeing, and which specialty.
