Temporary site works on the Dialysis Unit car park

From Monday 2 until Sunday 22 June there will be no patient or staff access to the Dialysis Unit car park at University Hospital Lewisham (UHL).
These essential works are being carried out to route electrical cabling underneath the car park to a new generator that will be installed on a section of the car park. This will primarily affect five patient parking spaces.
The access road that runs between the Waterloo Block/Lewisham High Street and Albacore Crescent entrances will remain open throughout the duration of these works. Access to other car parks, the HATS bus stop and delivery areas will be unaffected. Traffic marshals will be present during the works to direct drivers.
Please see below for a map of the area detailing where works will take place.
Alternative parking arrangements
Whilst site works are taking place, access to staff and patient parking will be limited. Dialysis Unit patient parking will be temporarily unavailable, as well as three parking bays opposite the patient parking bays. This is to allow construction vehicles to enter and exit the site.
Patients visiting the unit will be able to park on the other side of the Dialysis building in the car park between Main Stores building and the Dialysis Unit. Five bays will be reserved for renal patients.
Staff who usually park in the Dialysis Unit car park can use the staff car park located on the former site of Nockolds House and other public car parks on site.
