At LGT we have a wide range of high-performing administrative colleagues who work with our frontline clinical services. These include receptionists, ward/clinic clerks, patient navigators, MDT co-ordinators, switchboard operators, healthcare records managers, clinical coders, operational managers and team managers.

The Trust also eployes a wide range of specialists in corporate teams such as workforce, estates and facilities, finance, communications and IT. 

We offer a variety of different career pathways – from apprenticeship/entry level to executive director – with support to train and develop in your chosen field.
