The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) was paid a very special visit recently, by the Ex-servicemen and women who had at one time served at the Queen Elizabeth Military Hospital (QEMH), between when it opened in 1977 to 1995.
Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is a new Trust formed on 1st October 2013.
The Trust is responsible for services at Lewisham Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Greenwich, as well as a range of NHS community services in Lewisham and some services at Queen Mary's Hospital, Sidcup.
Services are not changing following the merger, and
patient appointments are unaffected.
