Would you like to share your story of care at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust?
Patient stories are a key part of helping to educate staff, improve the quality of care and share good practice.
If you'd be willing to share your experience, we would like to video your story and use it as part of our 'sharing the learning' programme. The videos will be 10 to 15 minutes long and filmed by Trust staff at one of our hospitals.
