Technical issue with phones at University Hospital Lewisham

Callers to our main hospital switchboard who input a 5-digit extension number are being told that the extension is unavailable. While our suppliers fix this issue, please dial the last four digits of the 5 digit extension and you will get through.
Example: If the extension you require is 33001 please dial 3001 instead.
Alternatively please ask the switchboard operator for the ward, team or individual you wish to speak to by name.
