Take the Neonatal Care Experience Survey
The NHS wants to make sure parents have a good experience of neonatal care for their babies. Getting feedback from parents helps us improve and give parents and babies what they need.
The Neonatal Care Experience Survey asks parents about their experiences of neonatal care for their baby. Their feedback helps us to improve neonatal services across England.
If your baby had neonatal care between June and August 2025, you may be invited to take part in the survey. If you are invited, you will get a letter and a text message with more information. Please take part and share your experiences of neonatal care.
Your answers will help the NHS make neonatal care better.
The NHS uses the results to find out what is working well and what needs to improve. National and local NHS teams can then work to make changes.
