Survey: Quality Account Priorities for 2021/2022

Each year, NHS organisations are required to publish a Quality Account which incorporates quality improvement priorities for the upcoming year. National guidance states that there is a need for “at least three priorities per quality domain”; patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience.

For 2021/2022 our Quality Account priority areas have been influenced by our engagement with local commissioners, through our quality meetings, feedback from patient groups such as Healthwatch, feedback from patient experience surveys, lessons learned from incidents and the outcome of our CQC inspection.

Within this survey are the proposed priorities for Clinical Effectiveness, Patient Experience, and Patient Safety.

Please let us know whether you agree with our chosen priorities for Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust for2021/2022. Please tick the box in each category for all the priorities you agree with.

If you have any comments on any of the proposed priorities, please let us know in the space provided.

The survey will close at 5pm on Wednesday 21 July 2021.

Thank you for completing this survey and for your comments on our proposed priorities for 2021/2022.
