Survey: Quality Account Priorities for 2020/2021

Each year, NHS organisations are required to publish a Quality Account which incorporates quality improvement priorities for the upcoming year. National guidance states that there is a need for “at least three priorities per quality domain”; patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience.

For 2020/2021 the Quality Account priorities have been chosen to reflect the continued improvement work required in the subject area, to reflect on-going work post our CQC inspection, new national initiatives and also local quality improvement initiatives.

Within this survey are the proposed priorities for clinical effectiveness, patient experience, and patient safety.

Please let us know whether you agree with our chosen priorities for Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust for 2020/2021. Please tick the box in each category for all the priorities you agree with.

If you have any comments on any of the proposed priorities, please let us know in the space provided.

The survey will close at 5pm on Wednesday 2 September 2020.

Thank you for completing this survey and for your comments on our proposed priorities for 2020/2021.
