When you come to an appointment at our hospitals you can now check in using our check-in kiosks. Our investment in new kiosks saves you from queueing at the outpatient clinic reception and leaves our reception staff free to answer individual patient queries.
The kiosks also mean that if you need to update your personal details such as a change of address or phone number you can do this discreetly on the screen rather than saying it out loud. You can also adjust the size of the text on screen to make it easy to see.
If English is not your first language, our check-in kiosks also allow you to choose a language, making it easier for you to check in.
