Our healthcare heroes thanked on national TV
Viewers of ITV’s Good Morning Britain this Monday saw two of our amazing staff taking centre stage. Guest presenter Richard Bacon invited Matron Martine Rooney and consultant Dr Mick Jennings from the Intensive Care Unit of University Hospital Lewisham to the studio so he could thank them and their colleagues for saving his life a year ago.
