Interested in supporting us? We're running training for the public

Do you want to be involved in improving services?

Thanks in large part to our Quality Improvement (QI) team doing amazing work with all sorts of specialities, wards and teams across the Trust, we are always making improvements to our services.

Now, we are offering all interested members of the public the chance to get training in the very same QI system we use, in order to use your voice to power and guide projects that affect patient experience and support us to give the best possible care.

>> Visit our Quality Improvement training for patients, carers and families page

Next session: Tuesday 19 April 2022, 5pm - 6.30pm

Training dates have been set up across the year for our patients, carers and their families, to give you the tools to truly get involved in local healthcare and lend your experience to help make the changes you want to see.

Those who've already taken the training have called it "superb" and "an excellent experience", and projects on issues like cancer care and patient discharge have already benefitted from the involvement of members of the public.

So if you fit the bill, please do have a look at the dates on the training page and use Eventbrite to book onto one of the sessions. Our friendly QI team are excited to introduce you to the world of Quality Improvement! You can also contact them for more details on lg.qi@nhs.net.
