Help us improve our physiotherapy and occupational therapy services

As a Trust, we are committed to continuously improving our services, and patient voices are at the heart of this.

We’re looking for patients and carers who have used the physiotherapy or occupational therapy services to help with a project to improve the discharge process – i.e. what happens when a patient's care with us has finished.

If you are interested in supporting us on this, you'll be joining a Quality Improvement project here at the Trust - details of what you'll be doing can be found below:

  • Frequency and length of meetings: 1 hour, once per month
  • Project duration: 6 months
  • Venue: Virtual or face-to-face as preferred

Please note: occupational therapy in this context refers to our team of therapists who work to ensure patients with a disability caused by illness, ageing or accident (for example, stroke patients) can safely resume the activities of their day to day life - from climbing the stairs to making a cup of tea.
