Help shape our new vision and values
As we approach our tenth anniversary as a Trust in October, it is a time to celebrate our past, but more importantly, a time to think about the future. We last looked at our vision and values in 2018 and our current set has stood us in good stead. But now is the time for a refresh.
We want to take this opportunity to get your view as a patient, carer, or family member to shape our shared aspirations for our next phase of transformation – elevating LGT from good to great.
Please join us at our virtual patient engagement event on Thursday 7 September where you will have the opportunity to hear about the feedback we’ve received about our current vision and values, and share your thoughts on our proposed set of vision and values.

The event will be held on Microsoft Teams and we will contact you to confirm the time of the event and the link to join.
