Join one of our free, online antenatal classes. Our midwives will cover all of the main information you will need to make healthy decisions for you and your family.
We will cover these key topics:
- Your birth options and preferences
- What to expect when giving birth, both vaginally and via caesarean section
- Helping you choose how to feed your baby including information on breastfeeding support and how to safely prepare a bottlefeed
- Support after you have had your baby: how to care for your new infant, how and when to seek support and information about who will look after you moving forward.
