Happy fifth birthday to us!

We celebrated the fifth anniversary of the Trust in style on Monday (1 October 2018), with music and free cakes generously donated by our partners ISS at Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) and Interserve at University Hospital Lewisham (UHL). Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust was formed through the merger of Lewisham Healthcare NHS Trust and Queen Elizabeth Hospital on 1 October 2013.

At UHL, chair Val Davison cut the cake alongside Sean Greene from Interserve, chief nurse Angela Helleur and volunteers from the Friends of University Hospital Lewisham. Chief executive Ben Travis was at QEH to cut the cake alongside volunteers from the League of Friends and Alan Mungroo, Tony Ababio and James Wagg from ISS.
