Maternity Star

Do you know an individual that is outstanding in their work within the maternity unit at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust?

Patient care is our top priority, and as well as looking at ways we can improve, it is also great to hear about when we are doing things well.

We have launched the maternity star campaign for you to let us know when you have recieved excellent care from a member of the maternity team.

You can fill out a nomination form via the link below. Please include:

• Why this person deserves this award and how you or the general service benefited from their care
• What the person did to provide an excellent service
• The difference this made to you or our service

You can also include your name if you would like to or you can remain anonymous.

Maternity Star - Nomination Form

This award is open to all members of the maternity team. It does not matter if their effort was big or small, if it made a postive difference we would love to hear from you. Each month, a nominated member of staff will receive an award highlighting their achievements, celebrating the excellent care they provide.
