Join us at Forever and Always 2020

Now more than ever it is vitally important that those who have lost loved ones can share their grief and remember those who have passed away.

Our amazing multi-faith Chaplaincy hold an annual event that aims to provide that comfort and support to all those in the community who are bereaved – a non-religious service held in the stunning Old Royal Naval College Chapel in Greenwich called Forever and Always.

The service will be filled with readings, music (including Deptford’s own steel orchestra Heart of Steel as well as our famed Trust Choir) and other acts of remembrance.

Event details:

Sunday 11 October 2020, 3pm
The Old Royal Naval College Chapel
King William Walk
Greenwich, SE10 9NN

Download and view the event flyer here.

All are welcome, whatever faith you hold or religion you participate in – or indeed if you have no religious beliefs.

We’d love colleagues to share this event to any relevant parties, patients and/or other staff – those who’d like to attend in person or stay informed about the live-stream can register their interest via this online booking form: bit.ly/LGTforever2020. Please note that social distancing and mask-wearing will be in effect, and that space is limited in the Chapel so please do book if you wish to attend in person.

We will also be streaming the event online via the Trust’s Facebook page and YouTube channel – visit the Trust’s website for more details: bit.ly/LGTforeverinfo.

Furthermore, if you'd like a loved one who has died to feature in our memorial video, which will be played at the service, then please email their picture and a line of text about them to lg.communications@nhs.net.
